Lampshades in the room are torn, making it look shabby!!! The TV remote needs instructions because it took way too long to figure out how to use it!!! More towels would go a long way for comfort!!!

The gal at check-in was a gem! So friendly, really went outta her way to help us. Also, the room was adequate, nice little fridge and microwave, came in handy.
